Carbon Negative Perfume

In a bottle of perfume, the biggest ingredient is ethanol—an ingredient that’s usually made from fermenting and distilling a grain like corn. Growing the corn crop means using large amounts of land and water and creating emissions from fertilizer and fuel use. Air Company has launched a new eau de parfum, which uses ethanol made from captured CO2 instead. They have also made carbon negative vodka and hand sanitizer.

Circulair Plastic

Full Cycle Bioplastics uses food waste to make plastic that you can compost yourself. It is a polymer made from bacteria. Where common “compostable” plastic can only be broken down in industrial compost facilities, this plastic has the ability to break down in a backyard composter or in nature. It is also not toxic or harmful to nature and wildlife. Because the plastic is made from foods waste and can be completely broken down, the product is completely circulair.
