Rijkswaterstaat wil als uitvoeringsorganisatie bijdragen aan het gericht sturen op brede welvaart. Waai ontwikkelde hiervoor een gids met strategieën, tips en voorbeelden uit de praktijk om de relatief abstracte opgave ‘sturen op brede welvaart’ concreet te maken voor adviseurs en projectteams.
